  HORRIBLE. With their ridiculous phone system, there is NO WAY to call and speak to a pharmacist. You are completely blocked off if you don't have an order number. Since my doctor was sending a new prescription because my cheap Cigna insurance didn't cover the original prescription he wanted me to have, I did not know what he was ordering and certainly didn't have an order number. When I tried to call the WalMart pharmacy, all I got was a phone system run around. It was impossible to reach a pharmacist to simply ask if my doctor ordered anything for me and if so, was it ready for pick up. Very frustrating! Horrible system. I like the pharmacy here, but cannot reach it by phone.
